First Time Buyers

Is this your first time buying a home? You just stumbled on a great agent that knows his stuff, I am always happy to help with any info you need to buy your first home. 

Here are some things you will need to start the process of getting your new home.

1. You will need to seek out a lender of your choice, I know three I work closely with and know they are great at their job. 

2. You will need to have some earnest money saved up any where from $1,000.00 and up, on properties under $100,000 I’d say $500.00.

3. You will need $200 to $350 towards inspection for the home you are wanting to buy, It may go higher depending on what you want inspected, extra inspections like meth and black mold. 

4. During the process of your loan, do not make any big purchases payed in full, if you purchase a car or something similar it will ruin the pre approval process.

FHA and conventional are two of the most common. 

Appraisal                                       

This is very important! It is why I must make sure it is the best deal for you when you make an offer. 

Comps must always check out or you could be in a bad situation.
